Notarization Fees

Notary Seal/Stamp - $10 each*

*Per Virginia law, a notary may charge $10 per seal/stamp provided. A notary may also request payment for travel expenses when travel away from the home or office is required to perform the notarial act(s).

Please Note: Quick Stamp Notary is a mobile notary service only. Travel fees and convenience fees (including extended hours, weekend, holiday, and twilight services) will be added to the notarization fees.

Travel Fees (round trip)

2 Miles or less - $25

3 to 10 Miles - $35

11 to 20 Miles - $45

21 to 30 Miles - $55

31 to 40 Miles - $65

41+ Miles - call for quote

Convenience Fees (if applicable)

Extended Hours (6 - 9 am / 6 - 9 pm) - $25

Weekend (Sat/Sun) - $15

Holiday (nationally recognized) - $30

Twilight Rush (9 pm - 6 am) - $125

Witness Acknowledgment Fees (if applicable)

Witness Acknowledgement - $5 each

When documents requiring notarization also require a witness, the notary must positively identify the witness(es) in the same fashion in which he/she identifies the signatory.

When coordinating a witness for your appointment, please ensure that your witness is at least 18 years of age and can provide an unexpired and original identification document (see the list of acceptable documents).

Upon scheduling an appointment, Quick Stamp Notary will email or text a confirmation along with an invoice for fees which are due prior to notarization of documents. All major credit and debit cards are accepted! We also accept Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or cash.

All identification documents and documents presented for notarial acts will be safeguarded and kept strictly confidential.
